HAS MY ORDER BEEN SENT YET?

 

Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 1-2 business working days.

 

***Please Note:  No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.  No shipping to PO Boxes.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENTS CAN I USE ?

 

LE L BOUTIQUE accepts VISA, MASTERCARD.  Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. LE L BOUTIQUE reserves the right to request additional identification.  If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Every effort is made to ship orders complete.  Customers will be notified via email in the event of all backorders.

RETURNS

 

When purchasing items through the online store, please choose carefully as there are no refunds on change of mind.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you not happy with your puchase, LE L BOUTIQUE is happy to offer an exchange.Please note that in order for the exchange to be accepted, all tags must remain on garments. The condition of the item must be re-sellable. LE L BOUTIQUE will not accept the exchange of any item that is considered used.

All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags. Once LE L BOUTIQUE  has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a exchange is offered.

LE L BOUTIQUE reserves the right to deny a exchange  if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be exchanged.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by

LE L BOUTIQUEwill not be issued a exchange. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. 

Please note that before an exchange can be done, you must contact the staff at

LE L BOUTIQUE for approval at 

LE_LBOUTIQUE@YAHOO.COM .com within 2 days of receiving the order.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to LE L BOUTIQUE. 

LE L BOUTIQUE   will not issue a exchange on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

Note: When exchanging an item, you must also provide a satche or pay for one, for use in the exchange.LE L BOUTIQUE  does not cover the cost of the satchel for the exchange of goods.

Please allow 7 business days for returns to be authorised once recieved
